They are in the business of protecting their clients from criminal conviction. Patrick and Evan also teach criminal trial advocacy to young aspiring law students and lawyers. They are dedicated to this specialized area of the law.

Patrick has represented approximately 100 persons charged with first-degree murder, second-degree murder and manslaughter. No case is too big or too difficult for these seasoned trial lawyers. They are in a criminal trial court room somewhere in the province of Ontario every day.

Patrick and Evan were both previously members of the law firm Ducharme Fox LLP. Patrick and Evan decided to set up their own law firm dedicated to defending criminal charges.

Evan was called to the Ontario bar in 2010. He received a Juris doctor degree from the University of detroit Mercy and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor after successfully completing a joint JD/LLB Program in 2009.

Evan’s primary focus is providing quality and affordable representation for clients charged with offences under the Criminal Code of Canada and all statutes under the Provincial Offences Act.

Also experienced in commercial litigation, Evan provides a confident approach to dealing with disputes between individuals and/or organizations.

Evan is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Essex Law Association and the Criminal Lawyers’ Association.
